The Luna Fire Bowl from The Outdoor Plus features a modern tapered bowl aesthetic and is forged from a proprietary Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete formula. Known for being among the strongest in the industry, this GFRC bowl provides natural beauty and longevity.

Hand built and painted all the way through, eliminating the presence of unsightly white concrete should surface damage ever occur.

FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY. 1) Installation and service must be performed by a qualified installer, service agency, or the gas supplier. 2) It is not recommended to use glass media with Liquid Propane. Propane is 1.5x heavier than air, and the denseness of decorative glass may cause propane to pool underneath and create a potentially dangerous situation.

Ignition Systems

Match Lit – Traditional system that connects to your fuel source and valve. To operate, simply open the fuel supply valve and light the burner with a matchstick or lighter. Then, slowly turn on the fuel valve. The optional Key Valve installs a separate valve on the side of the bowl and includes an additional flex line.

12V Electronic Low Voltage 30 DC (CSA Certified) – Turn the fire on and off by a convenient switch. Can be wired by an electrician to be controlled by a pool controller, remote control, or home automated system. Compatible with 12VAC only (includes a 12V to 110V transformer). Features a glow plug igniter that withstands the elements.

UPS Insured / USPS Priority – Free

Automatically selected for small/light items delivered in a parcel box by UPS or USPS.
When ordered with a palletized item, the design team may include it on the pallet if possible so both arrive together.

Upgrade: Threshold / Inside Property – Rates Provided at Checkout

Same as Standard Shipping, except the carrier will cross your property line (threshold) and lower the pallet outside the first dry area (e.g., garage, covered porch).
Sometimes referred to as "Top of Driveway."
Does not include setup, assembly, or disposal of packaging.

Hard-to-Reach Addresses (Pallet Shipments)

Most LTL carriers use 28-foot trailers. Drivers decide if your street is accessible.
Narrow, dead-end, or unusual driveways may require extra charges or a different carrier. We will relay any additional cost to you.

Miscellaneous Delivery Terms (Pallet Shipments Only)

Special Instructions	Provide any special delivery instructions at order time. Additional charges may apply. Cancellations after arrival may be eligible for partial refund only via Policy Exception.
Delivery Appt. & Holds	Carriers may call to schedule delivery. Missed appointments may incur re-delivery fees. Customers pay storage fees if pallets are held beyond standard courtesy periods. Fountainful may update service to No Signature Required to prevent return shipping costs.
Change of Address	Any carrier fees for changing or re-consigning delivery addresses are the customer's responsibility.
Forklift	Some items require agreement to Forklift Delivery Terms. Pallets may need to be removed via forklift rather than lift gate. Plan ahead if you don’t have access to equipment.
