I bought this as a memorial and am so glad I found this company. Within minutes of ordering it I receive a call from the company verifying some info. Ended up talking to the gentleman for a bit about the process of making it and also sealing it in the future. Can’t remember the last time people were so helpful about a product they make. Smooth ordering, delivery and installation. As good as the photos

The birdbath fountain arrived on schedule, securely packaged and in perfect condition.
After setting and leveling a paving stone it was easy to install.
It is lovely with a quiet pump and good water flow.

Took awhile to get it made and installed, but it was worth the wait. Such a stunning fountain. We have uploaded two photos of the fountain in our backyard; one at night and one during the day.

It’s just the right size, not too deep . I love the natural concrete color. I have it on a stone table near the birdfeeder and so many birds come to drink. I’ve even seen baby chipmunks drinking out of it. It’s the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. If you’re on the fence, definitely do it.

Our fountain arrived in beautiful condition. They delivery men were so helpful and super nice.
The fountain set up easily. My husband and myself were able to put it together without additional help (we are over 60). The color is perfect and they even supplied a bottle of touch-up stain for future use.
Communication from fountainful and the delivery company was outstanding.

I’ve had my fountain for over 20 years and recently dropped the top and broke it. I was devastated and because that fountain had been retired I could not replace it. These people not only poured me a new top but added birds and shipped it almost immediately. They went way above the common customer service response and I am so thankful to have a beautiful fountain back in my garden for the birds and the bees! We got Mystic Falls in the Satin Black color stain from Fountainful for our back covered porch. It helps create the type of relaxing atmosphere we wanted – especially because we work from home. Each morning we can't wait to start it up and enjoy the water sounds!! The sound level is strong for sure, and we hear it from many rooms. The splash is moderate, but we expected that since it's meant to be an outdoor fountain.

The compass stone is very nicely done, good artwork and a solid stone that looks great in my wife’s garden.

We purchased the Massarelli 2 tier fountain w/ bird finial in Old Stone. We are very pleased with everything in the process from placing the order to delivery and finally setup. Fountainful was easy to work with and when I called with an ordering question the owner answered the phone because customer service was at lunch. Incredible. I was concerned about damage in shipping but the pallet was extremely well packed and the delivery service placed it in the garage. Setup was smooth and the fountain looks amazing. Spend the extra money and get the circular base it really adds a classic touch to the finished look. Such a joy listening to the fountain. Thanks Fountainful.

The bird bath came very quickly. Packaging was outstanding. The size was slightly smaller than what I had imagined, but it is absolutely beautifully made and doesn't look like I picked it up at a retail store. We love it. Perfect accent piece in our rock garden.
