Each Avalon Fire & Water Bowl is individually handmade. Connect the bowl to your dedicated water line and mount it poolside or above ponds and other water features. Water flows from a dedicated line and out from the ultra wide copper scupper under the fire bowl.
Strong ambient sounds promote relaxation and help hide street noise.

FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY. 1) Installation and service must be performed by a qualified installer, service agency, or the gas supplier. 2) It is not recommended to use glass media with Liquid Propane. Propane is 1.5x heavier than air, and the denseness of decorative glass may cause propane to pool underneath and create a potentially dangerous situation.
Ignition Systems
Match Lit – Traditional system that connects to your fuel source and valve. To operate, simply open the fuel supply valve and light the burner with a matchstick or lighter. Then, slowly turn on the fuel valve. The optional Key Valve installs a separate valve on the side of the bowl and includes an additional flex line.
12V Electronic Low Voltage 30 DC (CSA Certified) – Turn the fire on and off by a convenient switch. Can be wired by an electrician to be controlled by a pool controller, remote control, or home automated system. Compatible with 12VAC only (but includes a 12V to 110V transformer). Features a glow plug igniter that withstands the elements.

Material: Hammered Copper. Note: when exposed to the elements in its environment, real copper undergoes a series of chemical reactions that turn it blue/green. This is a normal process.

Standard Shipping — Free
- Delivered on a pallet via LTL freight, similar to large furniture. Lift Gate service included! (except for a small number of forklift-required items which are clearly designated when adding to Cart).
- Placed near the bottom of your driveway, wherever you direct.
- Signature by someone over 18 is almost always required.
- Does not include setup, assembly, or disposal of packaging.
UPS or FedEx Insured / USPS Priority — Free
- Automatically selected for small/light items delivered in a parcel box by UPS or USPS.
- When ordered with a palletized item, the design team may include it on the pallet if possible so both arrive together.
Upgrade: Threshold / Inside Property — Rates provided at checkout
- Same as Standard Shipping, except the carrier will cross your property line (threshold) and lower the pallet outside the first dry area (e.g., garage, covered porch). A pallet jack cannot ascend or descend stairs.
- Sometimes referred to as "Top of Driveway."
- Does not include setup, assembly, or disposal of packaging.

Note: Pouring, sculpting, curing, and staining decorative concrete is a precise but variable process. Most builders avoid artificial heating devices, and prefer to let each piece dry by air – a traditional method that contributes to the variability of completion. You will be notified of unexpected delays (e.g., extended cure times due to humidity). Learn more in our FAQs.
Accessories (pumps, stoppers, color samples, etc.) ship much quicker and are not reflected in the timeframes below.

Hard-to-Reach Addresses (Pallet Shipments)
- Most LTL carriers use 28-foot trailers. Drivers decide if your street is accessible.
- Narrow, dead-end, or unusual driveways may require extra charges or a different carrier. We will relay any additional cost to you.
Use the Order/Shipping Instructions box in the Shopping Cart to provide delivery notes before shipping.
When in doubt, select the Threshold Upgrade — it covers most tricky delivery situations.

| Pre-Shipment Holds | Our design partners store finished pallets outdoors or around the workshop with limited space, so holds beyond a few days increase the risk of damage, misplacement, and weather exposure (including packaging integrity and efflorescence). If you'll be unavailable to accept the shipment, we'll offer a couple of options: a No Signature Required delivery, or designating an alternate signer (18 or older). If we don't hear back within 2 business days of your shipment-ready notice, we'll default to No Signature Required delivery to prevent an extended hold. |
| Appointments & Post-Shipment Holds | Carriers may call to schedule delivery. Missed appointments may incur re-delivery fees, and pallets held beyond standard courtesy periods may incur storage fees. |
| Change of Address | Any carrier fees for changing or re-consigning delivery addresses are the customer's responsibility. |
