Description
MAG-Drive Pumps for Fiore / Al's Garden Art Fountains
Fountain pumps authorized by Fiore Stone (formerly Al's Garden Art) for use in their concrete water fountains. As a courtesy to our customers, Fountainful includes the authorized pump with the purchase of any Fiore fountain.
Do NOT order a pump if you're waiting on your Fiore fountain order โ it'll arrive with the fountain. Order from this page when a future replacement pump is needed.
๐ซ No Returns โ Identify Your Pump First
Fiore does not accept returns of fountain pumps. Before ordering, please ensure you've matched your fountain to the correct pump by referring to the GPH rating in the Specifications Table on your Fiore fountain's product page.

Delivery Options at Checkout
Standard Shipping โ Free
- Delivered on a pallet via LTL freight, similar to large furniture. Lift Gate service included! (except for a small number of forklift-required items which are clearly designated when adding to Cart).ย
- Placed near the bottom of your driveway, wherever you direct.
- Signature by someone over 18 is almost always required.
- Does not include setup, assembly, or disposal of packaging.
UPS or FedEx Insured / USPS Priority โ Free
- Automatically selected for small/light items delivered in a parcel box by UPS or USPS.
- When ordered with a palletized item, the design team may include it on the pallet if possible so both arrive together.
Upgrade: Threshold / Inside Property โ Rates provided at checkout
- Same as Standard Shipping, except the carrier will cross your property line (threshold) and lower the pallet outside the first dry area (e.g., garage, covered porch). A pallet jack cannot ascend or descend stairs.ย
- Sometimes referred to as "Top of Driveway."
- Does not include setup, assembly, or disposal of packaging.
Delivery Timeframes
The estimated timeframes below are based on each workshop's historical production capacity.
Note: Pouring, sculpting, curing, and staining decorative concrete is a precise but variable process. Most builders avoid artificial heating devices, and prefer to let each piece dry by air โ a traditional method that contributes to the variability of completion. You will be notified of unexpected delays (e.g., extended cure times due to humidity). Learn more in our FAQs.
Accessories (pumps, stoppers, color samples, etc.) ship much quicker and are not reflected in the timeframes below.

Hard-to-Reach Addresses (Pallet Shipments)
- Most LTL carriers use 28-foot trailers. Drivers decide if your street is accessible.
- Narrow, dead-end, or unusual driveways may require extra charges or a different carrier. We will relay any additional cost to you.
Use the Order/Shipping Instructions box in the Shopping Cart to provide delivery notes before shipping.
When in doubt, select the Threshold Upgrade โ it covers most tricky delivery situations.
Delivery Terms (Pallet Shipments Only)
| Term | Details |
|---|---|
| Special Instructions | Provide any special delivery instructions at order time (additional charges may apply).ย |
| Pre-Shipment Holds | Our design partners store finished pallets outdoors or around the workshopย with limited space, so holds beyond a few days increase the risk of damage, misplacement, and weather exposure (including packaging integrity and efflorescence). If you'll be unavailable to accept the shipment, we'll offer a couple of options: a No Signature Required delivery, or designating an alternate signer (18 or older). If we don't hear back within 2 business days of your shipment-ready notice, we'll default to No Signature Required delivery to prevent an extended hold. |
| Appointments & Post-Shipment Holds | Carriers may call to schedule delivery. Missed appointments may incur re-delivery fees, and pallets held beyond standard courtesy periods may incur storage fees. |
| Change of Address | Any carrier fees for changing or re-consigning delivery addresses are the customer's responsibility. |
| Forklift | Some items require agreement to Forklift Delivery Terms. Pallets may need to be removed via forklift rather than lift gate. Plan ahead if you don't have access to equipment. |
Always inspect your delivery within 48 hours. See our Return & Refund Policy for a Delivery Inspection Checklist.
