A Boulder Fountain & Bird Bath Molded from Real Stone
The Medium Bird Bath Boulder Fountain by Blue Thumb is a replica of the stunning Columbia Gorge basalt rock formations. Molded from real boulders and made of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, the fountain 3+ feet long fountain and looks like natural rock yet only weighs 50 pounds. This versatility gives you an abundance of placement options.

I'm interested in buying this to replace a fountain I had in my backyard. There's already electricity there, however, the fountain was resting in pavers. Will I need to dig out some of the pavers for the basin?
Thanks for the question! The presence of pavers will not negatively impact the basin – in fact, when unstable soil conditions are present, the tech team recommends backfilling the hole with crushed rock or gravel. This birdbath fountain uses an approximate 12"H basin, so this is the depth the hole will need to be. Check out the GFRC Boulder instruction manual in the Resouces & Manuals section and note Steps 1-4 which discuss basin location and leveling.
