What is the depth of the basalt slab?
While each slab is drilled and shaped by hand (creating slight variance in total depth from slab to slab), the average depth in the center of the bowled area is 0.5" – 1.0". The water pools at a very usable depth for most bird species.

How long is the power cord on the pump, and does it require a dedicated outlet?
